Hacking bypassing superkey/passcard3

im wondering, sometimes i want to go into the nintendo setup screen to adjust the clock.(and also to download play)

can i do this without taking out the superkey card out by pressing some strange combo of buttons or do i just persist taking the card out?

also, can i kill the splash screen. i do not like it.

I don't think you can stop the said passcards.
MK4-Mini and some other passcards boots TO the nds menu then allows you to choose NDS mode or not.

Also the only way to get rid of the health screen is to flash your DS firmware with Flashme.
Read in the flashme forum for more info.

hold down start as you turn on the DS.
if you wanna run directly from GBA on bootup, hold down B

This works, but I don't think it actually works when a pass variant is inserted.
