Buying a new PS4 for FW 9.0.0/below?

Hey guys. I'm planning on buying a new PS4 but just wondering on stock for fw 9.0.0 or below. What are the chances of getting a 9.0.3 stock?

Is there any specific build numbers, bundles or other such criteria that will guarantee to get 9.0.0/below?

fw 9.0.3 was just released Dec 1st, I doubt any of the brand new ps4s is in that fw already

Out of stock everywhre I have tried in UK. No mor untl new stock arrives next month. By that time do you think i will be later builds with 9.0.3?
