Hacking Question Buy switch on firmware 3.0.0 or below.

i am from Europe and I want to buy a switch with firmware 3.0.0 or below. Is it safe to buy from amazon and send it back if it is 3.0.1? Which bundle or color should I buy? Gray or Neon?

You can usually return anything you buy online within a set timeframe

Online shops need to have a certain return time. that is in the Netherlands 14 days. For non digital items that is.

It's probably easier to check the serial though.

Not if the switch is already open, if you return the switch to mediamarkt for example, they will refuse to take it in, only if the switch is faulty or unopened.

Box doesn’t have a seal on it so buy it and check then send back if it’s not right.

I got my Red/Blue Switch today and sadly it was on 3.0.1. I will send it back now. What is the safest bundle to get a nintendo switch with or under firmware 3.0.0?

It is broken don't use it my switch came with no seals just open turn it on and find out if it is to high you can resell it online or return it
