If I use in game eshop acess to buy dlc can I get banned? Using sky3ds since im on 9.5 . Does it counts as going online and banned?

If you use private headers you should be fine. If you can't connect with 9.5, just update to 9.6 if you don't care about potential future exploits.

Thanks for replying. Yeah, I dont really mind future exploits. But since I have to update to 9.6 to acess shop, which means no private header, I can get banned right? Cuz I got no way of dumping my own headers at 9.5

Find someone who can dump your games and get the header injected for you. IIRC someone here offers a service to get headers from your games.
No private header = Ban.
Private header = Almost no chance for ban from what I've seen in the ban thread.

Alright, well I'll just stay out of online with flashcarts for now, to wait n see if people with private headers dont get banned then ima jump in. Since I won't use header, using browser doesn't count as online right? With the flashcard?

If you're not in a game, it shouldn't read the headers for online use AFAIK. To be safe, just keep WiFi off when in a Sky3DS game.

Go ahead and go 9.6 and get your eShop back. Sky3DS works fine on 9.6.

Do not go through Sky3DS games for eShop or DLC. You need private headers for that.

Anytime the Sky3DS makes contact with online or account data transmission, you will get banned.

No exceptions. No mercy. Nintendo is angry. Avoid their wrath.

If you want private headers, you need a 3DS with 9.2 ow lower. No need to buy Gateway. Everything else is free. Then you can dump ROMs and get headers for Sky3DS.

Warning, going above 9.5.0-22U blocks all browser injection for Pokemon. After that, you might as well go 9.6.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
