Downloading a FLAC rip is the closest anyone will get to the original CD quality but if they go with YouTube shitty quality or MP3 then they've proven to not care about how the audio quality is. Heck, MP3's at 320Kb/s are good but not that great compared to FLAC rips.
Eh, I honestly can't hear a difference between 320 mp3 and flac, and even the differences between 192 and 320 are fairly minimal but w/e.
