Buy one of the special edition PSP's and hack it yourself. There are lots of them on ebay for around that price if you don't mind buying from ebay.

Well I am getting back into the PSP scene and I just need to make sure I don't pull a PSPgo. So any help would do I am in no rush either so if anyone pass any deals be sure to hit me up.

Without a pandora you need a firmware no higher than 5.03 and you need to use Chickhen. Chickhen can take some patience to get working but you only have to do it once.
