Are Silver Line discs OK to use for the PS2? will they harm the laser?
Talking about the DVD-R x16 4.7GB blue discs.

Damn it, I have a launch day PS2

I hope they'll work, I have like 40 of these sitting in my room doing nothing... Ordered agent under fire a couple days ago (for only £4, what a bargain), so I hope they do work.

Any brand suggestions in case they don't work?

Thanks for answering, btw.

Verbatim is best, but White top, 16x DVD-R Sony disks work well, too.

Beware there are cheap cmc Verbatim "Life Series" available. Let's not forget JVC Taiyo Yuden which are also very good and comparable to Verbatim.
