PS1/2 Burning PS2 Games

is there anyway to burn ps2 games that are like 1.9gb on a cd-r or cd-rw

No. And why would you unless you don't have a DVD rewriter in which case get one and a couple of blank DVD-R

depending on the game i guess you can rip stuff out maybe dummy files and stuff

for god's sake.
use dvd-rs for ps2.
cd-rs are noisy and it is almost impossible to rip DragonBall Z Tenkaichi 3.
