Burning avi with dual audio + subs

I have an AVI on my computer that has dual audio and a .srt subtitle file. I want to burn this into a dvd format that will be able to play on standard dvd players.

Is there a programme that can do this?

Yep.

ConvertXtoDVD is the best there is. You can add as many audio and subtitle tracks you want.
