So here's my problem, all my burned games show up as "Cannot read disk" or something similar when I try to play it after playing another game or after a reboot. Sometimes I have to wait 30+ minutes after shutting down my 360 before I can play a burned game. Regular disks work just fine.

Any ideas?

edit-also clicking noises emanate from the drive when there's a disk read error

Sounds like your getting close to RRoD.
The wait between games working says to me it's overheating but if that was the case you should get one red light.
Only other option could be weak laser on the disc drive.
If it's an older model keep playing it until it does RRoD then send it to MS for repair (if you haven't borked the warranty sticker when you flashed it).
