According to xgd3 pdf tutorial, all you need to do in recent imgburn is to change Tools/Settings/Write - Calculate optional and choose Truncate when it will ask you and inform that disc is to small.
I did all that and my jtag does not see my Dark Souls backup. What do I miss?
Also, some releases contain folder "0800 Files" with
AP25_26FF1101.bin
DMI.bin
PFI.bin
SS.bin
What am I supposed to do with these files?
I really need a help.

Why burning discs if you have a jTAG in the first place?
Just pop in a bigger harddrive if needed, delete old games that you rarely/never play anymore.
Just like Devin said.
ISO2GOD is updated to support XGD3 games.
