Gaming Buffed of Nerfed?

With a new game comes new skill balances and such. Was your favorite character buffed or nerfed with the advent of the Brawl Era?

I honestly feel Mario was kinda nerfed with his down smash, it takes away of his balance imo. Shiek was majorly nerfed but Zelda was buffed and I am not too happy about that either
