ROM Hack Broken NNid

[Feeling it!]

I have never been able to view my friends list, view my id, view miiverse or anything like that besides playing games in multiplayer with people using it.
I feel dumb but what is an easy fix?

This happened to me once I just backed up my saves and nuked everything formatted my Sysnand and created a fresh Emunand and never had the problem since. I can only assume Emunand setup screwed up somehow.

Well, does it give you an error code whenever you try to connect to anything that requires your NNID? I'm just assuming but if you're getting the error code 022-2634, then maybe this post might help.

No the app(s) just doesn't open and the console locks.

Wait during 10 minutes/one quarter of an hour while it loads and seems to be frozen...it'll load normally afterwards...I had it happen to me once in Emunand and twice in sysnand...just wait till it clears the cache and loads normally (but it takes time)...
