I broke the lcd digitizer. I bought one, but I got sent the wrong item, they gave me the Lcd digitizer for an iphone 4, but I need one for my 3gs.
Now I'm wondering if I should just buy a new phone or try and fix it again. (Don't want to get shipped the wrong item)
Ps. I got refunded for the first one

Not worth the trouble of fixing, If you want the best phone on the maret go and buy the Galaxy S 2 Its glass is the same stuff the use in space shuttles and the screen is a samsung LED, it runs the latest version of android and is well worth the cost. Or you could buy a Galaxy Fit, or Ace. I only ever buy samsung, Crapple doesn't appeal to me as of its outdated stupid products.

How much would a Galaxy S 2 cost? if about like 150 or so that would be good since Chinese New Years is next week.

From what I've seen something like this is the easiest fix on the iPhone. The digitiser is the first part of the disassembly process.
I would say its worth another try just make sure you order a 3GS digitiser this time.

Well, the 3GS digitiser is very cheap actually ($12) so if you don't have enough money for a new phone you should buy the digitiser.

If your 3GS isn't too old, fix it and save yourself a couple hundreds of dollars
