Hacking Breakdown of Gateway and the New 3DS + Sky3ds

Not to mention we already answered a lot of times to this question, but let's do this again.

You have a gateway and a old 3DS/3DS XL and plan to get a N3DS and can wait some weeks/months for the exploit, then keep your gateway.

You don't have a gateway or an old 3DS/3DS XL, and plan/have a N3DS and don't want to wait some weeks/months to play, or you don't care about region-free and such, then get a Sky3DS.

The choice can't really be decided now anyway, at least if you have preordered an USA/EUR N3DS. You'll only be able to choose on you officially know the firmware on it because if it's 9.3+, it'll be Sky3DS or nothing. So you'll know it in 10 days, or less if someone leak a picture of the settings menu.

Knowing their "soon" from 2.5 months of experience waiting for a release. This "for a while" makes it sound like it could be a year or more.

Well Gateway started from playing 1 game per sd card to where they are right now(using the same 2 years old card which was updated over and over), and when they first released, they also didn't make any promises regarding multi-rom support, and here they're 2 years later supporting so much more.

I do not own a N3DS, but I have no doubt that they will be able to eventually support 9.4+.
