    beer is liquid bread has a cranberry bread but I have not been able to find it for years now.
    Sainsburys in the UK do a cranberry and pumpkin seed bread. It works well.
    They also do a muesli bread, bit sweet for some purposes but still very nice.
    For a generic not fancy bread I kind of like tiger loaf (fairly normal bread but gets some egg brushed on top of it as it cooks.
    My preferred Sunday morning bread these days is corn bread.
    I am a bit partial to the occasional Russian/eastern European style black bread.
    Obviously fresh bread from small village bakery in France when you are on holiday is the best you will ever get.

    Soda bread can get lost, though it can wait until sourdough has done one. That can wait for 99% of American bread though -- it is completely unacceptable to put sugar in your bread. I am told Chinese bread is worse still.
