Hacking Brawl Gamecube Controller Problem

I seem to have a problem where my controller doesn't work on smash brawl whenever I play it on usb loader gx. The only things I did prior to it not working was install a game called pandora's tower, how do I fix? this?

Try the GC cont. On another game to make sure it isn't broken, if it's working then try re-downloading your loader, if that doesn't work, delete Brawl & copy it again.
