Bratz are no more

A while back, Mattel (Barbie) had sued MGA (Bratz) over their Bratz dolls.

Mattel claimed that the guy who made the Bratz dolls for MGA used to work at Mattel and designed the big headed dolls while working for them and thus, the design belonged to them.

The courts have ruled in favor of Mattel and after the Christmas season, MGA can no longer sell Bratz.

MGA is going to appeal, but who knows how that will go or how long it will take.
