I like how smooth it runs, and surprisingly the camera is doing a great job of giving a good angle.

when i get a 3ds this is the #1 reason why i would of. i just hope ninty dont put MQ on it. im a perfectionist and have to get every side crap done. the gerudo archery will probably be alot easier just from looking at how smooth the controls are

No way, I HOPE they have Master Quest on it. The original is just far too easy, even if you never played it before.

That's because the GC version sucked. It was a horrible port with bugs and everything in it and poor frame rate. Majora's Mask took the worst of the beating though.

Agreed. Was the virtual console version of Majoras Mask remastered at all? Cause the graphics still look pretty bad for me, with a HD Tv and all.
But anyway this game may be the only reason I buy a 3ds, NGP here I come.

    No lol.

Obviously it's going to look like shit. You're playing a game who's max resolution was 640 x 480. Not to mention, you're playing on an HDTV. It's like playing an NES on an HDTV.

That's why when it comes to PS2/GameCube/Xbox and older generations, you stick with an old tv, that way the games look better than they would on the HDTV.

Seen it in person. My friend's got one, and seeing as how he doesn't have old tv's, he's hooked all of his consoles up to it. It's a Samsung. And yes, it looks like shit.

2D consoles don't look that bad on the big screen, not to mention those old systems have emulators with filtering. Well, in context to other non-HD systems, the Wii, N64, GCN, PS2/1 all look bad on an HD display because you can see the lack of anti-aliasing and textures more clearly. This is coming from someone who has tried all these consoles on a 90" (HD projector) screen. I haven't really tried any 3D console emulators but I imagine their filtering would help also. The relation seems to be that the more recent non-HD systems look the worst on HDTV's.

And even if I might be a little biased, I'm still surprised how amazing OoT 3DS is looking.
