ic, Problem though is that I am in Hong Kong, I do not know of anyone that performs hard mods. As someone mentioned in a prior post, Hong Kong has recently been cracking down on mod chips and such.

Ignore this, I went ahead and performed the downgrade. No problems on the other 3ds.
