Gaming Bowser's inside story 3ds master wear help.

I really want to get the master wear but I can't seem to find it. In the ds version you got it from beating all cholesteroad challenges but I didn't get it. Anyone know where I can find it

Yea I did but I just got a badge instead of the master wear.
