USB loaders are able to dump your game discs. You can also use Cleanrip. Wii Backup Manager is nice for managing your ISO/WBFS on the PC.

See above. Wii U software is stored in special file system that is additionally encrypted.

    RPG maker essentially makes Final Fantasy ripoffs, if you want to clone a Final Fantasy game it's a good engine.
