Gaming BOTW won't install anymore (failed to register nca) - tinfoil

So I just updated from 4.1.0 to 5.1.0.

Had an issue where homebrew was not showing, so I did the windows fix here

Now I can install some nsp files but not others, mainly botw (get black spinning icon). I also noticed it seems to show "failed to register" message".
I'm using tinfoil (tried booting from hekate v4 and RajNX).

Any ideas?

Updating my own thread again lol, maybe it will help someone else.

So I deleted all the games from the switch, including saves, then formatted the sdcard (Samsung EVO 128Gb) from the switch itself. Copied over all files, back to switch, homebrew not showing.

So rebooted switch into hekate 3.2, i think it's tools then there's an option for "fix all sd card attributes", I chose every sd card file.

Rebooted and now game is installed and working (i used SXOS this time but probably another cfw (rajnx/reinx) and tinfoil would have worked).
