Homebrew BootNTR wont install

Hey, after 4 hours of searching i finally registered and hope that someone can help me:
Firmware 9.2
Luma3DS 6.3.1
BootNTR 3.4
FBI installed

My problem:
Everytime i try to launch NTR CFW it try to install but after patching svc check, nothing is happening.
I tried it like 10 times with and without internet connection, idk why it wont install =(
Someone with an idea?

Update your firmware, and bootNTR.
