You dont use the nand.bin and the keys.bin to load bootmii.

You need the files that the install of bootmii installs on the SD card at preperation time, under the boootmi folder on the SD. (armboot.bin, boomi.ini, and ppcboot.elf)

Sometimes the SD card is incompatible (I guess, I don't know what about them makes it incompatible).

If it flashes that means your card is either incompatible or you've still got it set up wrong.

If you format a card, everything on it gets erased, so you would have to put the files back on your original SD card. It may be that the particular card is incompatible with the Wii. A question to help you figure this out: what were the sizes of both cards? (as in, is one of them SDHC and one not?)

Ah. It seems the first one you tried was either incompatible then, or just formatted incorrectly. The thing with Windows asking for a checkdisk means nothing. Well, it usually means the file table has a corrupt line, but it happens to flash drives of mine that are fine.
