When i go to "My Computer" the name of my Hard Drive (C:) is blue and when i open it up there are folders and file with blue names.

How can i fix this and stop it from happening later on?

(Btw, it may not look blue but it is blue, i just saved that picture as a bmp hence it doesn't look blue)

Blue usually means that the folder or drive is compressed.

[EDIT] You can uncompress by selecting the volume you want to uncompress, right-click and go to properties, and then deselect Compress Volume to save disk space.
