I did not set one before, so I got Metroid: Other M. So it seems i have to streetpass people with a different puzzle as me in order to unlock that panel? looks like i'll never get it all then. :/

If you can stomach wiping the saved data off your 3DS and starting over, you can reformat it with different countries/states to get the panels you want. Of course, you have to have a friend's 3DS nearby (or own a second unit) to pick up all the different streetpass hits and then have him streetpass them back to you.

It's a pain in the ass, but effective if two systems are handy.

nah, no nearby 3DS owner that i know of (although i know of a few from a local forum site). here's to hoping Nintendo fixes this when the additional Mii Plaza content arrives. and on that note, seriously, snapshot features please! What's the point of having that bad-ass boss hat if you can't take a snapshot of it and brag about it online? XD

Added Snailface at the bottom of the post because he is the awesomest dude evar, and fixed a typo. We're officially done with the states, for now...who knows? Nintendo might change them with the new update!!!

I would like to, but I've already reformatted my 3DS about 50 times and I'm afraid to wear it out (or myself out). Besides, I've also started collecting play coins again and I certainly can't stop that progress until I get to 300!
