Thank you for the clarification. One final question: I have been running Bloodstained: ROTN with sys-clk-Editor, and I have tweaked a few variables based off of masagrator's tweaks. Should I delete or disable this app when using the HQ or MQ mod?
Is there any way to improve the graphics quality while still running the game with 60 fps.
As of release of update 1.10 the game without patches runs pretty solid but the graphics quality in docked mode is still way worse than the other console ports or the PC port.
If someone wants, I can upload LQ, which can be handled by 460MHz GPU clock, but resolution will drop to half.
Both can be used in docked, but they have worse performance.
It's compatible with all versions, but it overwrites many settings used by game, so if optimization update will came, then I need to check if they changed some settings to update 60 FPS mod for better utilizing optimizations.
Two configs were changed:

Im not getting it to work on Atmosphere. My steps are:
- Install game base + last update + dlc
- Download and unzip the 60fpsmodMQ
- Create folder “TITLES” in Atmospheres folder.
- Place the unziped folder In Titles folder.
- run the game. Set the OC settings (official charging) for 60fpsMQ at SYS-CLK
- Get back to game. Only 30 fps...
Now with FPSLocker you can enable 60 FPS in game 1.40 + with patch from FPSLocker-Warehouse it will tweak dynamic resolution frame timing to match FPS target + with accompanying mod from FPSLocker-Warehouse it disables double buffer. I know it's late, but better late than never.
Once again I fell down the martial arts rabbit hole and am plumbing the murky depths of the internet's various martial arts and fighting crafts echo chambers.
If you're not actively involved and only get up to speed every few years or so, you can see the tide of public opinion flapping worse than my dong while I'm skipping naked down a hallway.
