Gaming block printing on another windows account

Hi guys,

I have been wondering if there is a way to block printing on another account in windows vista, because my little brother is wasting color and black ink on pointless documents. I was wondering if there is a way to block printing without physically disconnecting the printers when he goes on. I have parental controls enabled and the other account is not an admin. Thanks in advance!

You can probably do it with local Group Policies, but it's very complicated. (see the link below)

Might be easier to just ask him to stop, depending on how old he is. Or disconnect the USB cable or power cables.
