    Press Release:

Video game accessory innovators BLAZE have today announced their truly unique motion sensing controller, allowing fully interactive gameplay never before experienced on the PS3.
The BLAZE PS3 Motion Freedom 3D Controller thrusts the PS3 gamer into the very heart of the action by employing the latest motion sensing technology which before now has only been the reserve of Nintendo Wii gamers.
This all new device opens up unthinkable gaming possibilities allowing you to interact and become one with the hottest PS3 sporting and action titles. Sega Tennis becomes a whole new ball game when you use the new BLAZE controller to smash your opponent into submission, effortlessly and consistently firing deadly accurate backhands and meteoric volleys.

Take a big swing and drive your way to glory with the Tiger Woods Golf series. Put yourself on the virtual golf course when you use the Freedom 3D controller as your club of choice to send the ball home with pinpoint accuracy. Just remember, it’s all in the hips!

The intuitive button layout allows easy navigation of all game menus with amazing familiarity, incorporating a directional D-pad, analogue stick and the full brace of controls found on the original PS3 control pad.

The BLAZE PS3 Motion Freedom 3D Controller has been ergonomically designed from the ground up to give superior gaming comfort when the going gets tough, ensuring you are in complete control no matter how full-on the game play gets!

I smell Copyright Infringement, it looks too close to the Wiimote, I bet Nintendo will file a lawsuit or a cease and desist order unless they change the shape of the motion controller.

This surely can't be real... I mean it couldn't look any more similar if it was white and said "Wii" on it... [IMG]

would wonder if they could release that blazemote without complications,
and also how many games will be able to allow interaction with that, until yet not even the six-axes controller of sony got a higher use in gaming:.

Rip-offness aside, you can't suddenly put motion control into a game that isn't programmed to have it... I don't see how they say you'll suddenly be playing Tiger Woods like it is on Wii.

Can I seriously smack these people in the nutsack with a tire iron? You think that adding a small bend in it and a few extra buttons makes it NOT a rip off? I'm waiting for Nintendo to whip out the copyright on the Wiimote so they can smack these bungholes senseless.

I would have posted a funny picture, but the old site I threw all my images on decided to delete some of them. Damn you, idiots of PvXwiki!

Has anyone not realized that Sony always copies after Nintendo? Everything that eventually comes about in regards to system accessories winds up at Sony. Usually with "two" instead of "one" (memory cards, controllers, analog sticks, bleh).

    oh come on
