Hacking Blank screen with reinx payload push and also cant boot in normally - help please!

Hey all,

So my switch was working fine with reinx on 6.0.0.

Today I updated reinx and injected it with tegraRCMGUI and it worked fine (all my games still there etc..) - i updated the CFW from 6.0 - 6.2 and everything was fine. I enabled autorcm as well.

Now however the switch is just a blank screen - it goes into autocrm mode on tegra but the payload injector for reinx.bin throws an error.

But if I inject the hekate payload - this works fine.

If I power off the switch completely it wont even boot into the original firmware either - this is still on 6.0 i believe and might be connected.

Anyway can anyone please help this black screen problems I have or did i brick the console?

Did you replace the reinx.bin on your SD card?

Did you copy the titles folder from your old version reinx folder and put it in the new one?

1) In hekate, disable autoRCM.
2) Attempt to boot again... Will prob fail
3) Backup your eMMC in Hekate. PRODINFO please.
4) Backup PRODINFO again. Save somewhere safe. A plutonium vault maybe.
5) Rebuild nand using choidujour
6) Or if anywhere near Derby, drop in to me to take a look at.

I managed to backup my nand using hekate before i put cfw on it for the first time.

Do I just rebuild nand back to its orginal state and start again then?

Just restore that. See if it boots.

If not, BQ24193. Bet ya.

Battery charging controller. Replace the chip. They are cheap, but you need to be as certain as you can be, that it is the problem

but why would this happen - the switch is only been used a handful of times?

i was getting a package2 magic error before it went totally blank as well - do you know what this error is?

I just replaced the reinx files and the reinx.bin - didn't touch any of the other folders

as soon as i put in the usb c cable - tegrachanges to rcm ok even though the screen is black and there is no jig in

update - i switched off autorcm with hekate payload and the switch now boots into normal system - thank god lol

Thanks guys for all your help - i think it was stuck in an autorcm loop - i injected reinx again and this time everything is working - very weird eh?
