Homebrew Blank Banner help Please :)

Apologies if this is already been asked or resolved I could find anything via the search.

Could somebody send me a blank banner as I am creating my custom emulator channles with a unified theme, I was looking for a blank version of this one if possible

Just a blank one with the gradient background and blue banner at the top. Obv the appropriate size.
