I will speak here but should one of the other staff like to add things/correct something listen to them:

If anyone has scammed anyone and it has been brought to the attention of the staff and demonstrated that they did in fact scam people then they would have been banned outright.

Similarly those with warnings beyond 10% should not be allowed to partake.

Well, a user named Filter scammed me out of $20 on Far Cry 2. Yet he's not banned. I've PM'd a few moderators but they don't seem to care as it was awhile ago.
