Hacking Black Screen Since cIOS Rev 14 update

Hello there, I've been using Crap to create and install my backup ISO channels and it was working perfectly on all my games except Ninja Turtles where i experienced a Black screen, i figured this might be to do with my outdated cIOS so i grabbed rev 14 and installed that.

Since i installed Rev 14 and eventually 16, NONE of my channels work, they all start the loading process i.e. i click start on the banner and it flicks my screen like usual, but then i get nothing but a black screen!

I'm using the latest version of Crap, i've used Loadstrcutor wads as an alternative too with no luck, my ISOs are unaltered since they were in working order, so i'm left to believe it can only be due to the Rev 14 and 16 updates ive installed,

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Do these loaders usually work with Rev 16 or do i have to downgrade back to whatever my old Rev was to use these channels,

try rolling back your cIOS to when it worked cause the cIOS could be the problem if that's the only thing you've updated
