Hacking Black Screen after Changing Region/Installing update via CiaUAngel

Hello! I have a 2DS with godmod and luma updated. I changed region for JPN yesterday and they asked me to update my ultra sun cartridge so i went on Cia Angel for the update and now after the 3ds screen i get black screen same for the Ultra Sun cia i installed.

Could someone help me? Sorry for being so nooby!

V8.1.1!

EDit: I just updated to 9.0 and now when i try to boot the game it gives me :

"An exception occurred:
Exception type: Preftech abort"

I installed Ultra Moon with freeshop and the game crashes without the update... What have i done wrong?
