Gaming Black Ops Wifi Problem

I have a question, I can go online. I can load off a burned DVD-R in NeoGamma. And ive also downloaded the recent patch. But when I go to play online, my gun doesn't appear it happens in every match. Why is this? Is there an alternative instead of using a USBloader or some sort?

when the gun doesn't appear,just press START and then press A to return to the game,then the gun should appear,this is a lag problem,happened to me a few times
