No legit cia. It's a download code even though amazon advertised it as a preinstalled game. lol
The sys setup showed 2014 as the default year so I have no doubt it was manufactured then.

Maybe they leave the systems around unboxed until they decide how to market them. Then they box em up. lol
Sorry for the excessive loling, I'm just relieved I didn't get a 9.3+ system. $60 well spent. :P

They had this up their sleeve then; they knew o3ds sales would plummet once a new version dropped. Still proves the point that they stopped production and are clearing old stock
