Black Hound - A new Hideo Kojima Game?

A teaser website with a countdown suddenly popped up, ending at the 11th of September. It's for a game called Black Hound and it will be released for PS4, Xbox One and a "Currently Unannounced Nintendo Console", possibly NX. What's interesting is the content of the title tag, "Black Hound – A ##### ###### Game", possibly hinting at a new Hideo Kojima Game.
