Set all cores to update Frame counter post-emulation. NOTE: This is a sync breaking change for MGBA movies using RTC, as the time sent to the core was the pre-incremented time.

Curious to see .tbl files make an appearance in an emulator's hex editor. For others new to it then .tbl is the main extension (though there is not a particular fixed standard - http://transcorp.romhacking.net/scratchpad/Table File Format.txt being one of the attempts at a more unified approach) used by those playing ROM hacker to note what hex values correspond to letters/characters/glyphs/runes/symbols/... for the on screen text. I imagine here it would be quite useful to output text, or have text appearing in RAM that you can happily read/enter rather than being hex values to consider act as a trigger or simple reader for text to speech or hard of sight types.

Anyway speedrunning and multi system emulation is seldom my thing, but if I were to go in for speedrunning then I imagine tool assisted would be where I find myself playing.
