OP
I've been thinking of buying a bio-feedback device called "Muse". Its supposed to measure your brain signals while you meditate to give you immediate feedback to help you progress more quickly. Quoting Rick Hanson in his book Buddha's Brain "people are now learning meditative practices to become more productive, pay better attention, heal faster and feel less stressed". I've read good things about a similar device in this article. Both of these sources I consider highly reliable.

The problem is it costs a total of $439 AUD including shipping. For something that will improve the quality of my daily life I'm considering putting the money down. I can afford it, but its a whole lot of money. Do you guys think its worth it?

This is the device I'm looking at

The Greek dub of Toy Story's You've got a friend in me is still a classic even among boomers who've never watched the movie, mostly because it was sung by a famous beloved Greek singer
  • Vetusomaru @ Vetusomaru:
Also his choice was quite interesting since his songs are anything but family-friendly
  • Vetusomaru @ Vetusomaru:
If anything, some of his songs were so controversial that he got troubles with the law regarding "blasphemy laws" in Greece.
