.BIN files open with notepad or other programs

Hello, I have decided to make this post as I couldn't find a solution online anywhere else. I accidentally changed .bin files to open with notepad, and cannot change it back. When I choose open with, windows shell common ( the program that usually should be used ) is not in the list. Has anyone else had this error and willing to help? Thanks.
