Hardware Big Problem With My 3ds sysnand 9.7.0.firmware 6.1.0

Hi guys. this is very big problem with my 3ds

Firstly I was in Firmware 4.5.0-10.
Then i've upgrade it WITH RXTOOLS.i was sure it's on it.
In the middle of the upgrade firmware;i got an error about server connection.
My console Restart in SYSnand and install the new upgarde(theme...) in SYS4.5.
I want to test if my game fonction with these firmware.
I window appar:TO USE THIS PROGRAM YOU NEED TO UPGRADE TO 6.1.0. UPGRADE?
I Press Yes. in 10sec she was on it! SYSNAND the last and show 6.1.0.
The probleme is:
I can't start Gateway Browser or anything...
