Hardware Big capacitors under MAX77621 Chip under the EMMC are shorted

Hello guys,

I have a switch on the operating table. The Charging IC was short circuited and I changed it. Now that part nowhere has a short anymore.
However I have a short on the two large capacitors under the EMMC.
How could I proceed?
I desoldered the MAX77621 chip, but the short persists.
