1. they are very very very slow at giving refunds. if they even follow through at all. im still waiting for mine. 10 days now. multiple emails get the same response "will be arranged in 1 to 3 days."
2. they must have some idiotic shippers because they cannot figure out how to send to a ship. and they asked about 5 times for the same address.
