Hacking Beup help!

Everytime I try running beup on my r4 it always gets stuck at "MSN Server Error 911: Authenication Failed" How do I fix this? I'm running the latest version of beup and have connected with WFC games such as MKDS.

I have a Lite and I'm running BeUp Live 0.3e. Where do I get this "wifi patcher"? Could you provide me a link?
