Hacking Betwiin Help

i have installed the latest bootmii on 2 wiis i have the nand.bin and the keys.bin files from both wiis,
both wiis have boot 1b and boot 2v2, i have put the nand.bin and renamed it to flash.bin in the input folder of betwiin and i have put the keys.bin in the same folder in the output folder i have put the other wiis keys.bin. i then run cmd and it says

c:\betwiin>python betwiin.py
Creating empty output image:
Copying boot1 / boot2:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "betwiin.py", line 46, in
input_nand = NANDFormatSpare("input/flash.bin")
File "c:\betwiin\nand.py", line 240, in __init__
raise ValueError("File size not divisible by 2112")
ValueError: File size not divisible by 2112

can someone please explain what i am doing wrong when i put the finished nand.bin file on sd card and run bootmii it says its from another wii.. thanks

any help please, if i said i had shit for brains and had installed a bad wad or had updated to 4.2 i would probably get replys,

Hello, you must delete the last 1024 bytes from nand.bin with a hex editor!
