Homebrew Best Ways to Install GB, GBC, GBA, NDS & 3DS Games onto a B9 New3DS?

I found the CIA trick amazing but I'm still looking for methods to install, run and save all the games perfectly, I found the following methods work for me:

GB -> CIA:

NDS -> CIA:
Not possible, use TWLoader or a DS flashcart
3DS -> CIA:
It is possible (Google is your friend) but downloading from freeShop is easier

You can play NDS games via Flashcard or bootstrap and the TWLoader interface on your 3DS.
Bootstrap is still work in progress though.

3DS Games can be played with a CFW like Luma.

you can use virtual console injectors for GB, GBC and GBA games (there's a new beta of the GBA injector that supports game saves like Pokemon but you have to pm asdolo to get it, or just patch the games with gbata)
you can't install nds games as cia as they're hard coded to be read from slot-1, for nds you can buy a flash cart, or use twloader along with nds-bootstrap loader but right now only some games work perfectly with it.
for 3ds, install freeshop, and get the cias you can't find there from the iso sites.

It's possible to package a .nds into a cia, with tools like make_rom or the newest makerom, of course as said above it doesn't work for software hardcoded to read from a card, but most demos and a decent number of recent homebrews can
