Hacking Best way to switch from rxTools to A9LH?

I currently use rxTools with menuhax, but would like to switch to A9LH. What is the best way of doing this? Do I have to start from scratch with luma3ds or can it work with rxtools instead? And if so, is there anything that I have to watch out for that is different?

Since you have already an emunand, all you have to do is reinstall menuhax as type1, with dpad down as the trigger and start on part 4 of Plailect's guide. Remove the coldboot to so you won't get confused.

My menuhax currently doesnt boot into homebrew menu like normal, instead it boots to another menu (I forgot the name of it, but it is purple and has the options for various CFWs and then homebrew). Will that still work?

That's the coldboot I was talking about (boot manager). As I said, just reinstall menuhax as type1, and dpad down as the trigger. update/replace your boot.3dsx by with this https://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/boot.3dsx and remove boot.cfg to remove the coldboot. Sorry to jump this topic after 5 months, but I never unlinked my nands on both my n3ds and o3ds, is this needed to change it to a9lh?
