Eager to try the new feature.XFlak said:@ModMii Fans! Its been awhile since I've had totally new feature ideas for ModMii... but I'm happy to say that I'm working on a totally new ModMii feature. So far so good, and the feature is really really really cool, but I still have a lot of work to do on it. So hopefully the next ModMii update will include new features instead of mostly bug fixes![]()
XFlak said:@Ato Puro, when u say it worked, r u referring to modmii, unfreezemii or tskill?
All 3 confirmed working on my windows 7 64-bit machine (and also on my other XP machine)
U will not lose anything by upgrading to 4.1, and it is very safe to do (only real risk is the unlikely event of power failure, and even that can be fixed if u have bootmii @ boot2). So I recommend u upgrade to 4.1... but if u insist on staying on 3.2, tell the ModMii wizard that you want to upgrade to 4.1, then just follow the guide exactly but when u reach the install wads step, install all the wads on the list except for the new 4.1 system menu wad and u will stay on your current firmware (all other steps are the same and safe to do on 3.2).
XFlak, I was referring to ModMii. I simply answered the questions for hacking a virgin Wii and ModMii downloaded everything (55 files) with valid status and then generated the guide. I had no need to use unfreezemii or tskill.
Thanks for the comment on the firmware. Your way is easier than the other way (manually).

Haven't checked for your drive exactly, but most (if not all) WD drives work.Rees said:Just popping in to say a massive thanks for the guide. Managed to follow it today, and I'm all set-up for playing ISOs on my Wii now.
Question though. What USB Hard-Drives are compatible? Will any do? Was thinking of getting a WD 320Gb one, much like this one...http://www.ebuyer.com/product/171927.
Compatible?

Each later version includes everything in the prior versions, so that the prior versions are no longer necessary.
Apparently the .NET framework isn't "normal". For example, software that requires .NET framework version 1 might not work if only version 2 is installed. In fact, you'll already note that while most software upgrades replace the previous versions, .NET framework installations do not. If you install version N+1, version N remains.
