@fireitup420: I had a similar problem like yours and it was the HDD's fault. For some reason some HDDs does not perform correctly the boot processes of some homebrew. How does that HDD works with other apps like WiiMC or WiiXplorer? Test if the drive gives you code dumps with those apps.

So I just used this tool to completely clean up my mod. Went through the whole tutorial in order to re-install all the IOS files and get things working as they should. Worked like a charm, and now that my cIOS files are right, and the right patched normal IOS files are right no more -xxxx errors or crashed games loaded through USB.

I already formatted the hdd and put the files back on it ,im just going to exchange it for the 2.0 model WDAAF0010HBK-NESN.My wii has shut down to red since i modded it(i used all the recommended hacks)
I dont have WiiMC or WiiXplorer yet,I use my computer for music and movies and im new to this so I have not messed with it yet.

Hi,,, im trying softmod an Wii 3.4K but when i use bannerbomb, it doesnt load MMM but Hackmii installer with no vulnerable ios. I used ModMii 4.3.0 to get files.
Any instructions?

Note: If you get a 'no vulnerable IOS' error message, run ModMii again and this time select the 'Hackmii Solutions' option instead of 'Download ModMii Wizard' and follow the new instructions before continuing this guide.

i did that b4 post it. What should boot using bannerbomb to korean wii, hackmii installer or MMM?

1) LAUNCH Multi-Mod-Manager (MMM) USING BANNERBOMB

Run BannerBomb v1 by going to Settings, Data Management, Channels, SD Card and choosing yes to load boot.dol/elf
Note: If it doesn't work for you, visit http://bannerbomb.qoid.us/ for more variations of either version of bannerbomb.

This will launch Multi-Mod-Manager.

bannerbomb will launch the boot.elf (or boot.dol) saved to the root of the sd card

when u run the ModMii Wizard, that boot.elf is for the hackmii installer
when u run the hackmii solutions guide, that boot.elf is for MMM.

If u are launching bannerbomb and it is starting the hackmii installer, u have the wrong boot.elf saved to the root of the sd card (not ModMii's fault btw, so u mighta done something funny). Just copy the "apps\mmm\MMMv13.4boot.elf" to the root of the SD card and rename it to boot.elf (overwrite w/e file is currently on the root of the card). Or, u could just re-run the hackmii solutions guide, it will skip any duplicate downloads, but it will automatically make sure u have the right boot.elf on the root of the sd card

But this Wii is parcial or semibrick - i cant load wii settings cause i get a white screen and some dots in upper left corner. Is there anyway to fix this?

Ahh,,, 1 doubt: holding + to select and install all wads are safe? cause system menu 4.1k wad was the first to install. But I installed all ios first including ios60 before installing system menu 4.1k. Or no necessary?

damn... i'll have to fix that boot.elf being saved to root issue
Edit: Fixed it already, I just had to add "::" somewhere to comment out one line of code

that's a weird problem to have, when u reinstalled your system menu and/or system menu IOS that should have been fixed

MMM and YAWMM will not let u install a new system menu was unless u already installed its SM IOS first. So its good that u installed the IOSs first, but if u tried to do otherwise, it would have "failed" and skipped installing the system menu until its IOS was installed first

Hi Guys,

Can someone help me please ( I have a dumbass noob question ! )

I have run modmii and downloaded all of the files onto a 4gb SDHC card as that was all I had available at the time.

Have completed level 1 on Indiana, copied in the pwns file and followed the instructions. When the installer tries to start I got an error message ' no sd card present '
' no code found to load, hanging '

I thought this may have been because I used an SDHC card so I copied all the files over onto a 1gb micro SD card and tried that with an SD adaptor and I get the same result.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.

for best compatibility, use a normal sd card.

I use this 2GB Sandisk and it works with EVERYTHING I throw at it... u should be able to find it for under $10

for wiixplorer you should install it to apps\WiiExplorer to make it compatible with homebrew browser
you should also create config\WiiXplorer, otherwise it won't save user settings

But, reinstalling IOS60 and SM 4.1k didnt fix it.

I cant use syscheck 2.01 cause i get fat error and wii stop working! i tried fat and fat32 in my SD 2gb as yours.
Wii serial is LKM100+. Maybe region changed?
